Hello

There iss no compuslion to attend the mop up round, if you do not want to attend it simply do not proceed further with the steps of the mop up round counselling. There are a lot of steps one has to do before getting a seat in the mop up round like paying the demand draft. Downloading the admit card will only make you eligible for the mop up round.
