Hello,

No you are not eligible for jee mains 2020 because the eligibility criteria states that candidates how have failed in 2017 and then passed in 2018 are not eligible to write joint entrance examination main 2020. As you have failed in your 12th the first time you are not eligible

Sir jo 2018 me pass ho chuka h vo n eligible ni hai but mai to av tk pass v nhi hua hu aur board v change kr diya hu nios
