Hello,

No, you don't have to worry about submitting your OBC caste certificate because it is not needed while applying for GATE, the certificate will be required while applying for admission in M.Tech courses.

if i apply now in general categeory later while applying psus or mtech can i use my reservation.

No you cannot, if you apply for general category then you can't change it while taking admission. Your admission will be done on the basis of general category and the cutoff would also apply as per the general category.
