Your score is very good , but see rank , varies every year according to the toughness of the paper . Although according to last year cutoffs your rank would be around 2000-4000 , in all india category . ews rank cannot be predicted at this moment , but With this rank you can get ECE and EE and other core branch in many decent IIT'S , although Cs can be little tricky as the cutoffs for cs are increasing every year . Still by the 7th round you might get Cs in some IIT , but EE and ECE and other good branch you can get in  decent IIT going by last year cutoff ,

As you know EWS ranking system is very difficult to predict wait until you get the results. According to the recent trends in marks vs rank of 2018 and 2019, your EWS rank will be in the range of 17,000-20,000.

expected rank for general category will be 4k approximately. for reservation category then rank will be less by 7-8% of general/CRL.

it can be more as there has been many change and pandemic has effected the normal process of exam conduction. many candidates are not allowed and many wasn't able to appear the exam.

it would be advisable to wait until result is declared for accurate rank.
