If you will get 150 then your rank will be around in 21k-26k, rank vs marks varies every year, so no one can tell the exact!
Now come to the point, isse pehle you must have sure ki you should have atleast 75% in your pcm..

At your rank (assuming) you can get lower branches at higher NIT's & you can get good branches in lower NIT'S like NIT Sikkim, NIT MANIPUR, NIT mizoram etc.
Otherwise should go for bits, iiest shibpur & other good colleges their. But at this rank, you can get lower branches their. But according jossaa counselling this year, there was many rounds & opportunities & seats are also increasing. In jee mains 2018 seats more will increase according to mains 2017..

So hope for the best, kya pata special round Mein bohot Accha mil jayein. & as you are an Obc, then chances are high! Bus wait till to end.. & choice feeling v matter hein. So it depends, pehle to aap marks Lao, then all will be sorted out!
