Well it is not possible to get exact rank as rank corresponding to score depends on various unavoidable factors like:

1- Difficulty level of examination

2- No. of students appeared in exam

3- Category of an individual

4- Relative marking

but we can get a rough idea of ranking by analyzing previous years trend of rank vs score.

With the score you mentioned and as per previous year trend your rank would be anywhere in between 6000 to 10000
