Chances are less though According to recent trends in cut offs, securing marks above 400 stand a fair chance at getting a government medical college in the state. Getting above 500 is almost always a sure shot chance at getting a seat in a government medical college in the state Do not be disappointed though In case you fail to secure a seat with your rank you may consider taking admission in a private medical college. There are a number of private colleges that offer the same level of education as any government college
so i would suggest you to get 450+ to be safer side along with that if you have any sort of reservation it would definately help you
