Hello, 

As per your requirement, i would say that as you have got 370+ marks in neet ug and you belong from kerela domicile so you can apply through both state and aiq counseling in your vetenary counseling.

 Getting a seat in government medical college is depending on many factors like studenrs to seat ratio, cut off, reservation, ranking of college, etc

If you get a college through merit in government college then it depends on cut off according to your reservation. If you are from gen then you need atleasr 400+ fot having a chance for the admission.
