You have not mentioned your category assuming that you belong to general category considering 2019 cut off the various private colleges in which you may have chances of getting seat with 500 marks are Kempegowda Institute of Medical Sciences, MS Ramaiah Medical College, Khwaja Bandhe Nawaz  Institute of Medical Sciences,Vydehi   Institute of Medical Sciences and Reasearch center,St John Medical College, Vijayanagar Institute of Medical Sciences, Kasturba Medical College and other colleges.You can check the cut off in 2019 here https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-karnataka/amp
