With a score of 620 your chance of selection will depend on the level of question paper. If the paper is easier then the chance is borderline and if on the morderate side than sure selection.

There is no reservation for OBC category in medical colleges of Karnataka. To answer your question, 620+ may guarantee a seat in BMC.
