If yes, mostly Colleges doesn't return whole fees,some of the Colleges return half of the fees, where some of them will return 75% fees and and some of them don't.

Visit College, explain them the situation clearly which helps you to get your fees back.They will require your fees because you are shifting to another field.

Have a nice talk and listen to there words and don't forget to take your parents with you.If you go alone some issues will occur.
