if i get a seat in 1st or 2nd round of counselling,can i sit subsequent round for upgrade into a better college without losing this seat?

Hello Ranjan, See as per my knowledge, they won't allow for another round once you get the seat. For that you have to apply for counselling again in other states (as every state have their own counselling time period)... All the best

Dear Student, 

Sorry to inform you but if you're provided a college in first or second counselling session then you can't appear further for any counselling session but if you're not provided a college in first or second counselling session then you can definitely appear further for subsequent counseling session.
