Hey Harshit !
Without any doubt, you should aim for King George's Medical University, Lucknow.
All the other AIIMS except that of Delhi were recent ones and started functioning right from 2012.
Whereas KGMU has it's own beautiful history and era.
Don't run behind the AIIMS tag, the academics too matters and I can assuringly tell you that KGMU lies ahead of any other AIIMS other than Delhi.
