It is extremely difficult to predict marks required by you to get a seat in AIIMS as admission in aiims was on the basis of Aiims mbbs entrance examination and it is the first time ever when AIIMS will be conducting admission through neet .

Also cut off marks for medical colleges including aiims will depend upon various factors like toughness level of your neet examination etc

But yes getting into aiims is not going to be easy as seats are very limited and the competition is huge for Aiims .
considering these things,
You should try to get under 100 All India Rank to get into AIIMS Delhi, now in NEET 2018, 660 marks got a rank of around 64 , thus you hold a good chances of getting a seat in Aiims with 660 marks in your neet exam .
