Hello there, student!

If you fail the CS executive, or second level/step of the examination to become a company secretary, you do not have to pay the entire 10,000 INR fee again.

If you are undertaking both modules, you simply need to pay the examination cost of 2,400 INR.

If you are not attempting both modules and only one, you must only pay the examination costs for the one module that you are attempting.

If you fail to register before the institute's deadline, you will be allowed more time to do so, but you will also have to pay the applicable late fees.

There is no requirement as to which module should be attempted; you can attempt both or one. (If one, any one of your choice)

All the best for your company secretary examination.
