Yes it's possible for this to happen but as the admission is through two different counselling procedures, you will have to submit your original certificates in the college of MBBS admission to confirm your admission here so just take it from your BDS college and give them an affidavit promising you'll get them back in case you don't join the other college, then submit it in the MBBS college.
