Go for SPIT. They have better placements.
IT in SPIT because SPIT is an autonomous college where as DJS is under MU, hence SPIT is more efficient.

It is better to choose CSE over IT, whichever college it is as the CSE degree is valued way higher than a IT degree in terms of placements and career options.
