Hello aspirant,

According to the MCC guidelines, if a candidate does not get allotted any college during any round of counseling, the refundable security fee of 2 lakh is refunded to the respective bank account, after all the rounds of counseling procedure end. It takes approximately one to two months of the end date of counseling process.

You can have a look at the guidelines and FAQ's regarding NEET counseling- https://mcc.nic.in/UGCounselling/Documents/UGSchemeFinal.pdf

Hope it helps!
