All the colleges are affiliated to the University of Delhi , New Delhi . Be it a north campus or south campus or even an off campus college all are affiliated to the university of Delhi . You need to get a selected cateogory rank in the entrance examination to be eligible to sit for the counselling process otherwise you cannot .
