Yes ,you will be able to clear if you give paper 1 jee advanced and score 10 marks and score 130 in Paper 2 and the cutoff is 120 .You only need to make sure that you clear the cutoff in each subject .For example,the cutoff for last year was 90 in total and for each subject was 9 and you scored a total of 120 but you were not able to get more than 9 in any subject then you would not be able to clear the cutoff .
