Dear student,

The csab special round counselling is done for filling the vacant seat into NITs, IIITs, gftis and IIEST. Anf in CSAB special round counselling the CRL rank is used for counseling and seat allocation. So, if you belong from ews category, then still your crl rank will be used.

Actually the chances of getting colleges from ews category, will all depend upon your crl rank.
In some college there is no ews category, so, there is no chance that your can get those.

So, it is advisable that you fill only that colleges which have ews reservation. Otherwise there is still an option of open category.
