See whats happens is, the cutoff marks changes each and every year nearly so no one can exactly tell you on the basis of last years cutoff that what will be your rank exactly. So it would be a better if you wait for the cutoff list.

Your rank will depend on the cutoff marks of the exam. If the exam cutoff goes low, your rank will be high and if the cutoff marks are high, you rank may go down. And the cutoff depends on the various factors such as difficulty level of the exam, number of students appearing for the exam, number of seats etc. To qualify the exam, you need to score minimum 25% of the total marks i.e. 100 marks (for Gen/OBC category) and 20% i.e. 80 marks (for SC/ST category).
