Hi Lovedeep,
I'm sorry to say but with the marks of 209/720 in NEET 2019, there is no way of you getting a government it or private dental seat under 15% All India or 85% State Quota through merit. You may consider contacting the management office of colleges for Management Quota seats which are given in first come first serve basis but also take a huge amount of money to book the seats.
