No. For councelling you should have minimum 75% in 12th board.

for cbse board 75%.....for others you need to be in top 20 percentile

and pass percentage of jharkhand board is approx 52%

you are eligible because above 62% you are in top 20 percentile this year....i can't say anything about 2018
