Dear candidate,

 If you are allotted a seat in the first round of counselling, you will necessarily be required to deposit the seat allotment fee , and then report to the reporting centre (RC). If you do not do that, you will not be eligible to participate in the second counselling round and will be eligible for only the third or final round.
