I understand your concern regarding the lost KCET hall ticket , however not to worry.

You can get a duplicate hall ticket by addressing your issue to the KCET authorities by providing few document proofs my contacting them through their official email id at keauthority-ka@nic.in  and also you can directly call them on the number 080 - 23460460 (From 10:30 Hrs to 17:30 Hrs on Working days) .
