I'm extremely sorry to tell you dear but you cannot get admission in MBBS irrespective of the marks obtained by you Neet examination

This is because,

To be eligible for Neet examination it is mandatory to have studied biology in 12th as :

Neet eligibility  criteria says that, to be eligible  one must have passed in English and in both the theory and practical  of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology with at least  50  % in aggregate of PCB ( in theory +practical) in 12th examination  if belong to general category , or   at least  40%  in aggregate of PCB if belongs to  Obc/ Sc /st.

So being a PCM student you fail to fulfill Neet eligibility criteria and thus cannot get admission in MBBS
