If I have 500 marks in neet from general category so should I apply the all india quota councelling for mbbs?????

Seeing the easiness of this year's neet paper and also viewing into account the increased number of candidates, getting a government college might be slightly difficult with a score of 500 if you stay in Maharashtra. Yes if you are willing to and happy with shifting in any other state, then you must go up applying in the all India quota since that will help you get a government medical college.

May I know which colleges offer seats with marks 525to535 in AIQ.
