soo basically you can join the BSc physics in Gujrat and nothing to worry about it.

So the basic eligibility criteria for admission in BSc physics is -:
You must have completed your higher secondary examination in science stream and you must have secured good percentage of marks in the physics examination at their 10+2 level. And as there are many colleges on Gujrat so the minimum eligible % may vary college to college.

As you have said that you have 59% in 12th so you have to find colleges in Gujrat which have minimum 45% or 50% for the eligibility criteria to get admission and then only you can apply for those college.

Again as you have dropped for 3 years so you may have asked to deposit a certificate in which you have to fill up why you have dropped 3 year.
