Yes, you can get admission in mbbs depending upon your neet marks, no need to worry about your 12th marks even if you have got only 60% in PCB.

This is because,

Admission is completely on the basis of neet marks while 12th marks are just required to be eligible and with 60 % pcb marks, you are eligible for neet examination as:-

To be eligible for neet, you need to pass  12th board examination with physics, chemistry ,biology/biotechnology and English and must have got:-

• at least  50  % in aggregate of PCB  i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology  in 12th examination  if belongs to general category

• at least  40%  in aggregate of PCB if belongs to  Obc/ Sc /st category

• at least 45 % in aggregate of PCB in case of pwd candidates to be eligible.

Now,

Considering your category as general,

Your aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology  is

= 60 % i. e more than 50% so you are definitely eligible  for neet   examination  .
