If you got 95 marks then it is a good marks. As the KCET rank  keeps on changing each year depending upon various factors such as :

* Number of students appeared for the exam.

* Top score for that particular year

* Total number of seats available

It also depend on some more factors , therefore your actual rank in KCET 2021 might vary with slight variations and your caste reservation is not considered for awarding you a CET rank, It will only considered while allocating colleges. According to the marks you mentioned  and with ST caste reservation you can get top engineering college.
