Dear Nishita, this will be considered as your 2nd attempt at NEET. When appearing for NEET, the board you have completed your 10+2 from doesn't really matter as long as its recognised. It is still an attempt at NEET no matter where you have completed your 12th from. If you study at NIOS and appear for NEET, this will be your 2nd attempt.
