Hey Sachin,
All India Institute Of Medical Science (AIIMS) and National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) are the entrance exams conducted for giving admissions to Medical courses, for giving these exams a individual is required to fulfill some eligibility criterias :
You must have minimum 17 years of age on or before 31st December of the year of admission.
Yoj must have passed 12th examinations with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as compulsory subjects.
You must have scored minimum 60% marks (50% for reserved category) for AIIMS and 50% marks (45% for PH and 40% for SC /ST category) for NEET in the qualifying examination.
As you have mentioned that you have Biology as an additional subject in 12th, you are eligible for giving both of these exams.
Good Luck!
