No, ofcourse you cannot do both degrees at a time.. you have to select one and letgo one.. because during admission in the mbbs college they will ask for your documents like your 12th marksheet and transfer certificate which you already submit in your law college.
And if anyhow you are able to do both at the same time then only one will be considered
