According to current job market Computer Science engineering has better scope in private sector. There are many jobs which are only for CS/IT students but mostly the pay scale is low. And in some companies even after promotions the pay scale is not promising. 

But if you get into PSU after Electronics engineering you can get the best possible placement. You can also go into private sector as well. And if you get core job the packages will start from 8+ lpa. But the core jobs are less. 

If you want instant and easy placement and low salary does not bother you. Then CS is best else go for ECE.
