Hello,
Yes, you are eligibile for 85% state quota seats in Bihar.
The eligiblity criteria for admission under state quota is that the candidate should have domicile of that state. So, you are eligibile.
Bihar Combined Entrance Competetive Examination Board, BCECE will conduct Bihar NEET counselling 2020. It will be an online, two round process.
