Hello Subham,

After you graduate btech you are eligible to teach for btech classes that is for junior classes and easy subject like building materials etc and pay will also be less

if you do mtech in geo informatics it will be added advantage for you and you will get a better post teaching faculty and nice fat package.

Thank you,

Master's of Technology, Geo Informatics is a sub division of civil engineering. So definitely as far as your career is concerned in the teaching domain, you can definitely teach B.Tech (Civil Engineering) students. But considering the domain that you are  choosing for M.tech will give you more scope in case you wish to teach students of Earth Sciences as well.
