To qualify for JEE main & advanced, candidate is supposed to have minimum 75%aggregate marks in all five subjects appeared from 12th board exam or should be under top 20 percentile.
Since, your score is low you need to reappear for Std.12th in 2018 and score above 75% aggregate marks as mentioned above to qualify for JEE advanced.
For securing admissions into top IITs, the cutoff closes under ranks 9500 itself which correponds to a score of atleast 180 and above in JEE advanced.
