Yes dear, you can appear for NEET exam next year too if you are repeating your class 12. And to become eligible for NEET, your minimum score of class 12 should be 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/biotechnology.
Accordingly your qualification code for the exam would be 02 - which is for the students who passed out but didn't take admission anywhere.
