MGIMS is the first Rural Medical College of Maharasthra. It is a Private Medical College. There are 3 types of seats in Private Medical Colleges. If you want a Government Quota seat or Category A seat, because you belong to General Category, you will need atleast 575. For Management quota or Category B seat, 500-550 will be enough. But then the Management quota fees is too high. Category C is NRI quota and not for Indian Citizens. This is all based on previous data  but you know cut offs change every year and so you should aim for atleast 575 and more.
