You must be aware that Boards marks will not be taken into consideration to determine AIR.So try to score more than 250 if you want a good NIT and for CSE your score should exceed 300.

@Chetal: As mentioned above in the description now onwards 12th marks won't be considered for JEE ranking. It is just now for the eligibility criteria to apply for the entrance. Good luck!
