Dear Student,

Candidates who have registered for JOSAA will have to register again for CSAB counselling if you want to take part in the counselling again.

And yes you are eligible for the CSAB round of counselling if you haven't got any seat in the JOSSA counselling. Here you will get only leftover seats only in limited NIT's and IIIT's or any GFTI. Be careful at this round because here you will not get a chance to select the branch only you can choose college of your choice.
