As a Bachelor of Science course dropout in nursing you can no longer study the course at the college, your year will be regarded drop year and you will have the same code as any other candidate who has taken a drop year completed his/her 12th.

Yes, Ideally, you can leave BSc and take up any course at any year as the validity of the score is for three years.

Regarding your fees, for some institutes it is mostly non- refundable. But for some before commencement of course the fees shall be returned by the Institution to the candidate withdrawing from the course .

As you have paid first year fees you can cancel the seat and get refund if you have got seat through counselling then definitely you'll get refund of the fees which you have paid.

Some Colleges policies varies and if you have got seat without counselling then they may incur some deduction of amount from the amount they'll refund, not all Colleges does this but few College's does this.

If you got seat through Counselling then you have chance of cancelling it but within the stipulated time you have to do it.
