yes if you have opted bsc physics then you further you can go for msc physics and stiil you will be eligible for ISRO recuritment , here i am listing some degree which are eligible for ISRO recuritment

2. B.tech

3. B.Sc (engineering)

4. diploma + B.E/B.tech(lateral entry)

5. B.S.c +B.E/B.tech (lateral entry)

6. B.E/B.tech degree part time
