If you want to become a Software developer then you need to go for the courses which are enriched in coding. Now the best choice will be the Computer Science and Engineering course. For that you need to go for the Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in 10+2 as this are required subject you need to qualify the engineering entrances.

Apart from CSE you can do BCA+MCA courses but the best will be CSE or IT.

Dear Aspirant,

Hope you are doing great,

If you want to be a software engineer after finishing high school, we're sure you're interested in mathematics. You can now enroll in a non-medical +2 course and then pursue IIT-JEE or engineering with a specialization in software engineering. You could also enroll in a Diploma course in software engineering from a reputable online Institute upGrad. You could also take a programming language course at the same time.

Enrolling in a computer engineering course will provide you with in-depth knowledge of computers, while pursuing a programming language course such as Java, Python, or any other will provide you with technical knowledge of the same.

The course you choose is determined by how much knowledge you can gain about various programming languages. We recommend enrolling in a course that provides you with a comprehensive curriculum as well as detailed knowledge of various languages.

Hi Aspirant,

The important skill a software developer has is coding. So, start leraning a programming language. For beginners start with c language. Learn the language thoroughly. Apart from language you need to be good in logical thinking which will come by practicing a lot of programs.

Take a course either offline or online on c, after c go with object oriented languages c++ followed by java.
