Dera Yash,

If you are from science background you cannot join CA and if you are from commerce then you cannot join CS so irrespective of your stream. Choose wisely and also for doing MBA you just have to have a graduation discipline.

I am from commerce stream but I hear that I can do b.com non attending by doing CA so if my b.com is complete with CA then I can join MBA or not or I have to choose CS for MBA

No if your B.com is complete you can go for MBA. You don't have to go for CS and you will not get CS of you are from commerce background.
