There is no such exemption provided to the students who have qualified Company secretary Foundation examination. The candidate will be required to complete a bachelor's degree in any specialisation for studying in any of the master of Business Administration colleges and Universities in India.

However if you do study your bachelor's degree and complete it from a recognised college or university then you will get exemption from writing Company Secretary foundation examination and will need to appear directly to the Company Secretary Executive Level which is the second level of Company Secretary Examination.
