The answer to your question is a big No .
Its compulsory for everyone to clear Neet , even if one wants to do mbbs from foriegn.
So if you are thinking about doing mbbs from foriegn then you need to clear neet .

Dear Lokesh, you need to qualify in NEET even to study Medicine abroad. There is nothing called 'pass' in NEET. If yoi score the aggregate required for your Category in NEET against top NEET score, you are qualified in NEET. If you are a General Category Candidate, you should score 50% of top NEET score and if you belong to OBC,SC,ST it is 40%. If you reach this mark, irrespective of getting a seat or not, you qualify in NEET and you can study Medicine abroad.
