if i'll get 480 marks in neet UG 2020 ..then am I able to get addmission in government mbbs college of Gujarat ..?

Shruti, you havent mentioned your Category. Neverthless, in 2018, under State Quota, the cut offs for various Categories is as follows:

General Category: 473

SC:  372

ST: 230

SE: 408

As mentioned, these are 2018 cut offs and we do not have 2019 cut offs yet. Now cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no,of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. Gujarat has self financed Medical Colleges but even their cut offs were greater than 450 for 2019. So, if you belong to General Category and score 480, unfortunately it  might be tad less for Govt. Medical College. You need to aim atleast for 550 and above. But on the other hand if you belong to Reserved Categories, you will need atleast 500.
