Sorry there is no provision for any deduction whatsoever. All tankers in JIPMER are top in the country and hence any special deduction based on rank is never provided. You may however be provided with scholarships from your respective state based on your rank, family income or reservations. 

The fees while joining the institute is fixed and same for all applicants for admission and subject to changes only by Adminstration.
